The Retirement Board for the County Employees’ & Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County is conducting a search and accepting proposals from qualified investment manager firms (as defined by 40 ILCS 5/1-109.1) currently offering international equity-related strategies. Specifically, the Fund seeks investment manager(s) with expertise in portfolios for institutional clients.

The objective of this search is to identify diversified actively managed international equity strategies: (1) Core strategy; and (2) a Value strategy that will deliver returns that exceed the MSCI ACWI ex-U.S. Index over reasonable measurement periods (typically, 5 years).
