During this interview, Nicole and Tom will discuss the CFA Institute ESG Fund Classification Paper published late last year. The paper is intended for regulators establishing and tailoring rules for ESG funds and for industry participants, such as institutional asset managers and investors, seeking to both market and select funds, respectively. Nicole and Tom will discuss the guidelines, examples, and case studies offered in the paper to support practitioners who must deal with the complexities of ESG fund classification in practice.
