Alexa Pilgrim is an assistant vice president on Callan’s West Coast consulting team. Based in San Francisco, Alexa provides support to clients and consultants in the areas of performance evaluation, strategic planning and implementation, investment manager review, and the coordination of special client proposals and requests.
Prior to joining Callan in January 2025, Alexa was an analyst at search fund investment firm Trilogy Search Partners. Prior, she was a market analysis intern at Citrix.
Alexa graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Whitman College with a dual BA in history and economics. She also served as vice president of finance for the college’s Delta Gamma sorority.
